A verse in everyday words
You'll get the verse in everyday words, a little context, and one question to sit with.
Who it's for. Someone who reads a verse or a book and wants it in words they can sit with.
Familiar lines, said plainly, plus a little context.
The prompt
Help me read a short passage of scripture in everyday words. Ask which verse or story, and which translation I have in the house if I know it. Then give me a plain restatement, two or three sentences of context, and one question I could sit with today. Be respectful. If I am not sure of the reference, help me find it from a phrase I remember.
